家蚕原种质量调查及国家标准的实施与评价

摘　　要：2004-2010年连续7年对全国13个蚕茧主产省(市、区)的家蚕原种质量进行监督检验,结果显示家蚕原种质量总体良好:全部抽检的176个批次家蚕原种中,有166个批次合格,平均抽检合格率94.3%,年度抽检合格率由2004年的84.2%上升至2010年的96.6%,上升了12.4个百分点。纵观连续7年对家蚕原种质量检测的各项指标数据认为,GB 19179—2003《桑蚕原种》国家质量标准中的指标设置科学合理。基于促进生产企业抓好蚕种质量管理的目的,对进一步完善《桑蚕原种》国家质量标准提出以下建议:将外观包装指标中的标签、合格证单独列出;将单蛾最少良卵数、折净率归类在标准的"附录A(规范性附录)生产过程预控要求"中,并将折净率提高5个百分点(即折净率≥55%),每张良卵数按品种类别与生产季节进行分类;将纯度归类在质量指标的备检项目中;在卵质指标合格的前提下,再按合格原种的品种特性与各项质量指标在家蚕原种质量评价体系中的权重综合评定进行科学合理的分级,以便家蚕原种销售按等级实施"优质优价"。The quality of parental silkworm eggs had been supervised and inspected continuously from 2004 to 2010 in 13 major production provinces and districts of China.The results showed that the general quality of parental silkworm eggs was satisfactory.Among all 176 batches of parental silkworm eggs randomly examined,166 batches were qualified,giving an average qualification rate of 94.3%.The yearly average qualification rate had increased from 84.2% in 2004 to 96.6% in 2010,resulting in a 12.4 percentage higher over 2004.Based on various indexes and data obtained from 7-year continuous quality inspection to parental silkworm eggs,it was found that the quality indexes set in the national quality criterion of No.GB 19179—2003 ＂Parental Eggs of Silkworm（Bombyx mori）＂ are scientific and rational.In order to help the silkworm parental eggs production farms to have a better quality management,it is suggested to consummate the national quality criterion of ＂Parent Eggs of Silkworm（Bombyx mori）＂ by setting up separate requirements to labels and certificates in indexes for product appearance and packaging,by classifying the minimum number of good eggs per moth and the net discount rate into ＂Appendix A（normalization appendix）： requirements to anticipating control in production process＂ and raising the net discount rate by 5 percentages（i.e.net discount rate≥55%）,by grading number of good eggs per case in accordance with silkworm varieties and production seasons,by classifying egg purity into stand-by inspection items in the quality indexes,and,on condition that all egg quality indexes are qualified,by introducing a weighted comprehensive evaluation system to scientifically and rationally grade the qualified parental eggs according to characteristics of silkworm varieties and various quality indexes so as to enable ＂excellent quality for high price＂ in sales of parental silkworm eggs.
