摘　　要：分子生物学是一门实践性很强的学科,其实验教学在生物学人才培养中占有十分重要的地位;综合性实验课程的开设对于培养学生的实验技能、提高学生的动手能力以及科研创新能力至关重要。文章总结了华中农业大学分子生物学综合性实验教学的内容、方法和实验成绩评价。重点介绍了实验课的三大系列以及实验课的有效组织实施方法,以期达到提高教学质量,培养学生的综合素质的目的。Molecular biology is a branch course of biology which is full of operability. Its experiment teaching has significant status in the personnel training. To offer comprehensive experiment teaching course is very important for cultivating college students＇ experimental skills and improving their practical and creative abilities. This article summarized the molecular biology experiment teaching contents, methods, and experimental performance evaluation of Huazhong Agricuhural University. Three series of experiment course and the effective organization methods were emphasized, in order to improve the teaching quality and cultivate overall qualities of students.
