摘  要:目的:建立生活饮用水中砷的测量不确定度评估方案,评定测定结果的质量,找出主要影响因素。方法:根据方法《生活饮用水标准检验方法金属指标》GB/T 5750.6-2006建立数学模型,从标准系列稀释过程、标准曲线校准过程、水样量取过程和仪器测量过程来讨论各不确定度分量。结果:标准系列稀释过程和仪器测量精密度对扩展不确定度的影响较大,是测量不确定度的两个主要影响因素。讨论与体积相关的四个分项的不确定度,并将标准系列稀释过程作为讨论的重点。结论:此方法适用于评估氢化物原子荧光法测定生活饮用水中砷含量的不确定度。Objective:This paper sets up an uncentainty assessment program of testing the concentration of arsenic in potable water,in order to assess the testing accuracy and find out the major influence factors.Methods: This paper also sets up a mathematical model,according to Standard examination methods for drinking water-Metal parameters(GB/T 5750.6-2006),and discusses each of the uncentainty items which are the dilution of standard series,the calibration of standard curve,the measuring of water sample and the testing precision of instrument.Results: The items of the dilution of standard series and the testing precision of instrument are the major influence factors of expanded uncertainty.Meanwhile,this paper discusses four items of volume factors and discussion is focused on the factor of the dilution of standard series.Conclusion: This method can be used to assess the uncentainty of testing the concentration of arsenic by hydrogenated atomic fluorescence spectroscopy in potable water.
