摘　　要：目的:探讨贴敷法评价织物抗菌性能的影响因素,降低贴敷法评价织物抗菌性能结果的误差。方法:以大肠杆菌为评价菌种,采用贴敷法评价织物的抗菌性能。结果:洗涤程序、洗涤剂类型、干燥时间和空白对照基准物对织物抑菌率的检测结果均有重要影响。结论:贴敷法评价织物抗菌性能时应选择相同的洗涤参数、洗涤剂、干燥时间和空白对照基准物。Objective：Discussing the influencing factors for antibacterial performance in assessing the antibiotic fabrics with patching method and reducing the error in the results of the antibacterial performance.Methods： As e.coli for the evaluation bacteria,assessed the antibacterial performance of antibiotic fabrics with patching method.Results： Washing process,detergent type,drying time and the control reference material all had important effects on the detecting results of inhibitory rate of antibiotic fabrics.Conclusion： Washing process,detergent type,drying time and the control reference material should be the same when assessing the antibacterial performance of antibiotic fabrics with patching method.
