异位妊娠患者血清IGF-1和IGF-BP3检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)及胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋(IGF-BP3)与异位妊娠的关系。方法:采用放射免疫法对早孕和输卵管妊娠患者血清中IGF-1和IGF-BP3的含量进行检测。结果:输卵管妊娠患者血清中IGF-1和IGF-BP3的含量低于早孕患者(P<0.05),差异显著。结论:IGF-1和IGF-BP3含量与异位妊娠密切相关,降低IGF为治疗异位妊娠开辟新的思路。Objective：To investigate the correlation between insulin-like growth factor（IGF-1）,insulin-like growth factor binding protein（IGF-BP3） and ectopic pregnancy.Methods： Serum IGF-1 and IGF-BP3 levels of pregnant women and tubal pregnancy patients were detected by radioimmunoassay.Results： The serum levels of IGF-1 and UGF-BP3 of patients with tubal pregnancy were significantly lower than those of normal pregnant women.Conclusion： IGF-1 and IGF-BP3 levels are closely related with ectopic pregnancy,which give a hint for new ideas for the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.
