摘 要:目的:了解医院内洋葱伯克霍尔德菌在临床的分布状况及对抗菌药物的耐药特点,为临床治疗洋葱伯克霍尔德菌感染合理选择抗菌药物提供正确依据。方法:对从本院各种标本中获得的319株洋葱伯克霍尔德菌用VITEK-32自动微生物分析仪进行种的鉴定和药物敏感性试验。用WHOVET5统计软件对结果进行统计和分析。结果:共检出319株洋葱伯克霍尔德菌,药敏结果显示洋葱伯克霍尔德菌对复方新诺明、美罗培南、头孢派酮/舒巴坦的耐药率分别为23.2%、24.1%和49.8%对试验中的其它10种抗菌药物的耐药率均大于50%。结论:洋葱伯克霍尔德菌在医院内感染不断增加,多耐药菌株明显上升。复方新诺明和美罗培南是目前治疗多耐药洋葱伯克霍尔德菌感染的最佳选择。合理应用抗菌药物,加强对医院内洋葱伯克霍尔德菌感染及耐药监测,以控制洋葱伯克霍尔德菌的感染,防止洋葱伯克霍尔德菌医院内暴发性流行,降低对抗菌药物的耐药率。Objective:The purpose is to understand the clinical distribution of Burkholderia cepacia and its resistance to drugs,thus to provide correct basis for reasonable choice of antimicrobial agents.Methods: We did microbial identification and drug susceptibility test on 319 strains of Burkholderia cepacia obtained from various samples in our hospital with VITEK-32 automatic analyzer.WHOVET5 statistical software was used for statistical and analysis.Results: Among 319 strains of Burkholderia cepacia,showed susceptibility of Burkholderia cepacia on sulfamethoxazole,meropenem,cephalosporin send ketone / sulbactam resistance rates were 23.2%,24.1% and 49.8%.Resistance rate to other 10 antimicrobial agents were greater than 50%.Conclusion: Burkholderia cepacia infection in hospitals increased,multi-resistant strains increased significantly.Cotrimoxazole meropenem is the best choice for treatment of multidrug resistance of Burkholderia cepacia.Rational use of antimicrobial drugs,strengthen the Burkholderia cepacia nosocomial infection and drug resistance surveillance,in order to control the infection of Burkholderia cepacia,prevent the outbreak of epidemics in hospitals and reduce the antimicrobial resistance rates.
