摘　　要：目的:选择13家使用中央空调系统的大型公共场所进行军团菌检测。方法:采集监测单位中央空调系统冷却塔水样进行军团菌分离、鉴定和计数。结果:13家单位共采集104件冷却塔水样,在5家场所(38.4%)的水样中检出嗜肺军团菌16株,检出数占样品总数的15.38%。结论:应加大监管力度,督促对中央空调进行清洗消毒。Objective：Selecting 13 large-scale places using central air conditioning system to test their Legionella contamination.Methods： Collecting monitoring samples to carry on Legionella isolation,identification and counting.Results： In the 104 cooling tower water samples from 13 places,16 Legionella pneumophila strains（15.38%） in five places（38.4%） were detected.Conclusion： We should strengthen supervision and carry out the central air-conditioning units cleaning and disinfecting.
