摘  要:目的观察兔自体静脉结膜囊-泪囊移植重建泪道中吻合口愈合过程,为临床应用积累动物实验资料。方法建立兔自体静脉结膜囊-泪囊移植重建泪道动物模型,常规病理学方法观察移植静脉两侧吻合口愈合过程及导泪功能恢复情况。结果术后7 d,双侧吻合端的结膜或泪囊组织的新生上皮已覆盖吻合口区,并向移植血管腔面移行。术后28 d,双侧吻合口区组织形态基本恢复,两端上皮层分别与结膜或泪囊上皮相似,表层均为柱状细胞,上皮下结缔组织仍可见成纤维细胞。结膜囊-泪囊移植组于术后14 d起荧光素排泄试验均为阳性。结论兔自体静脉结膜囊-泪囊移植术后14 d,泪道均可恢复导泪功能。双侧吻合口区于术后7 d被吻合端的泪囊或结膜组织的新生上皮覆盖完全;术后28 d吻合口区组织形态基本恢复,新的膜性管腔形成,但仍处于细胞增殖期向基质重建期的过渡。Objective To study the healing process of the anastomosis of the conjunctival sac to lacrimal sac autogenous vein transplantation in rabbit lacrimal passage reconstruction, providing experimental evidence for clinical application. Methods Rabbit model of lacrimal passage reconstruction using conjunctival sac to lacrimal sac autogenous vein established for observation of healing process of anastomosis by routine HE stain and immunohistochemistry. Results New epithelia derived from conjunctiva or lacrimal sac completely covered the anastomosis region, and migrated into the lumens of the veins on the 7th day. The columnar epithelia presented at the anastomosis regions, though there were still f^- broblasts in propria lamina on the 28th day. Positive fluorescein disappearance tests (FDT) were observed on the 14th day. Conclusion Functional recovery of new lacrimal passages in rabbit presents on the 14th day. Conjunctiva or lacri- mal sac derived epithelia completely covered the anastomosis regions on the 7th day. The anastomotic stomas recovered and new membrane lumens were reconstructed on the 28th day, but still in transition from cell multiplication to ground sub- stance reconstruction period.
