企业信息化投资的博弈策略探讨

摘　　要：从一个基本博弈矩阵入手,主要考察在不同的收益预期下,投资信息化建设对企业的影响,探讨企业在应对市场竞争时采取的相应策略。通过分析可以知道,信息化投资虽然面临巨大的风险,但依然是很多企业最优的选择;另外,在市场处于胶着不前的状态时,必要的外力推动不可或缺。Based on the foundamental game matrix,this paper is to investigate the influence which the investment of information construction might have upon enterprises in different profit expectations,and to explore the relevant strategies which enterprises should take when dealing with market competetions.The analysis has found out that the investment of informationization is the first choice for many enterprises,though it is risky.Besides,the necessary external force is important when the market is in a slump.
