摘 要:目的利用与碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)特异结合的胶原膜修复大鼠硬腭软组织缺损,观察其对大鼠创面修复的影响。方法 48只6周龄雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成4组,每只大鼠硬腭第一磨牙近中至第三磨牙远中的软组织作一直径为3 mm的圆形缺损,分别植入结合bFGF/胶原膜、游离bFGF/胶原膜、胶原膜及不植入任何修复块(空白对照组)。每组大鼠分别在术后1、2周处死6只,HE染色测上皮组织间距离,比较创面愈合率。结果 1周时创面愈合率差异有统计学意义,结合bFGF/胶原膜组>游离bFGF/胶原膜组≈胶原膜组>空白对照组;2周时创面愈合率差异无统计学意义。结论结合bFGF/胶原膜能加快大鼠硬腭软组织的修复。Objective To evaluate the effects of collagen -binding basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) loaded collagen membrane on soft tissue repairmen of rat hard palate. Methods Forty - eight male Wistar rats of 6 - week - old were randomly divided into 4 groups. A 3 mm diameter circular soft tissue defect was produced in the center of hard palate of rats. The defects were covered with collagen - targeting bFGF/collagen membrane, free bFGF/collagen membrane, col- lagen membrane and no membrane( control group) in different groups. Each 6 random rats were sacrificed on the 7th and 14th day in every group after the operation. The wound healing was recorded, and the degree of reepithelialization was detected by measuring the length of epithelial gap in hematoxylin - eosin (HE) staining. Results On the 7th day after operation, the degree of re - epithelialiazation was collagen - targeting bFGF/collagen membrane group 〉 free bFGF/collagen membrane group ≈ collagen membrane group 〉 control group. Significantly less improvement of re - epithelialazation was observed in control group than that in the other 3 groups, while significantly better improvement was observed in collagen - targeting bFGF/collagen membrane than that in free bFGF/collagen membrane and collagen membrane groups ( P 〈 0. 05). However, there was no significant difference in re -epithelialization between free bFGF/collagen membrane and collagen membrane groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Moreover, there was no significant difference in re - epithelialization among the 4 groups on the 14th day (P 〉 0. 05 ). Conclusion The bFGF/collagen membrane accelerates wound healing of soft tissue defect in rat hard palate via improvement of re - epithehalization.
