摘　　要：专利地图是分析专利技术、制定专利战略的一种重要工具和方法,结合专利地图的主要方法,在对国内商业银行专利检索基础上,从专利地图视角对我国商业银行专利发展状况、年度走势、技术领域分布、IPC分类等进行了深入比较研究,分析国内商业银行的技术创新能力和产品研发能力。The patent map is a analytical patent technique,a kind of important tool and method of patent strategy.Using the main method of patent map,and based on the patent data of the domestic commercial bank patent,this paper analyses,from the patent map viewpoint,the present status and realm of the commercial bank patent development in China as well as IPC distribution,the different conditions between the banks,and also studies the technology innovation ability of domestic commercial banks.
