金融危机背景下知识管理研究的新趋势

摘　　要：金融危机为管理带来了挑战和新的机遇,并进一步地对知识管理研究造成深刻影响。经分析论证,指出金融危机背景下为适应管理实践的需要,知识管理的研究将发生较大变化,研究的新趋势是由隐性知识向显性知识转移,从微观知识向全球化宏观知识转移,从描述性知识向方法论知识转移,而可拓学是构建方法论知识的有效工具。Financial crisis challenges the management,along with opportunities and further profound effects on the study of knowledge management.Through analysis and reasoning,the paper figures out that the research focus of knowledge management will be changed according to the new needs of management in the new context.The new trends should be shifted from tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge,the microscopic knowledge to global-macro knowledge and descriptive knowledge to methodological knowledge.As for building methodological knowledge,Extenics could be an effective tool.Simultaneously,the intelligent knowledge management could be a new direction for the next generation.The paper provides a good forward-looking guidance for the study or practice of knowledge management.
