摘　　要：云计算是一种新兴的共享基础架构的方法,它能够将巨大的系统池连接在一起来提供各种服务,具有超大规模、虚拟化、可靠等特点。现阶段对云计算服务管理的研究还处于初级阶段,尚没有好的、统一的管理模式、管理机制、服务质量控制及体系等,其服务质量和效率都有待于提高,为此设计了云计算服务管理框架,提出了一种基于策略的、动态的、智能的云计算服务管理机制和方法。Cloud computing is an emerging method of shared infrastructure.It can connect the huge system pools to provide all kinds of services with large scale,virtualization,and reliability.But the research of cloud computing services management is still in the initial stage,still no good,unified management model,management mechanism,quality of services control and system are available.Its service quality and efficiency should be improved.Therefore,the management framework of cloud computing service is designed,a policy-based,dynamic,and intelligent cloud computing services management mechanism and methods are put forward.
