摘  要:为探索用巯基棉富集分离分光光度法测定尿硒含量的最佳实验条件,在表面活性剂吐温-80溶液存在下,改变酸度、温度、显色剂用量测定了尿样硒含量。结果表明,该法准确度、精密度高,用于尿硒、血硒含量测定,均能收到满意效果。To explore the optimum experiment conditions of determinating of selenium in urine by enrichment and separation with sulfhydryl cotton spectrophotometry, in the presence of tween -80, the absorbency of urine was measured under the different conditions of acidity, temperature and the dosages of developer, and then the optimum experiment conditions were explored. The results indicated that this method had a high accuracy and precision, the satisfactory effect can be obtained in determinating of selenium in urine and blood.
