怀药中维生素C含量的测定

摘　　要：为建立怀药中维生素C含量直接测定新方法,以pH 2.5硫酸溶液为溶剂,采用紫外分光光度法测定了怀药中维生素C含量。结果表明,维生素C在0～15μg/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为:y=0.060 29C+0.003 55,r=0.999 9,所选的怀药均含丰富的维生素C,其中怀菊花中高达51.55～53.21 mg/g,怀山药为21.25～30.61 mg/g,怀牛膝为1.13～1.26mg/g。该法操作简单,干扰少,结果准确,测量快速、可实际应用。To establish new, direct determination method of the content of vitamin C in Huai medicine, pH 2. 5 hydrochloric acid solution as solvent, determination Huai medicine of vitamin C content in the new method by UV spectrophotometr. Result vitamin C in the 0 -15 μg/mL, the concentration range of absorbance within the linear regression equation is ： y = 0. 060 29 C ＋ 0. 003 55, r = 0. 999 9, Huai medicine selected drugs inclusive of rich of vitamin C, the detection limit in Chrysanthemum Huai is 51.55 -53.21 mg/g, in yam is 21.25 -30. 61 mg/g, in Radix achyranthis Bidentatae is 1.13 - 1.26 mg/g. It concludes the method is simple, less interference, accurate, fast measurement, applied to the direct determination of vitamin C content.
