抗病毒类中草药中三种微量元素的测定

摘　　要：采用硝酸和高氯酸(4+1)混合酸消解样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了抗病毒类中草药板蓝根、金银花、鱼腥草中Fe、Cu、Zn 3种微量元素的含量。结果表明,3种抗病毒类中草药中Fe含量相对较高,Zn含量次之,Cu含量相对较低,RSD<1.60%,回收率在94%～104%之间,方法具有良好的准确度和精确度。Using nitric acid and high chlorine acid （4 ＋ 1 ） mixed acid digestion samples, the content of Fe, Cu and Zn in antiviral Chinese herbs medicine： Lsatis tinctoria L, Lonicera japonica Thunb and Houttuynia cordata Thunb was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results show that the content of Fe in antiviral herb is relatively high, the content of Zn is second, and the content of Cu is relatively low, and RSD 〈 1.60% , recovery in 94% - 104% , the method has better accuracy and precision.
