唐代西受降城、天德军的置废和建制沿革考述

摘　　要：为了应对北方游牧民族的威胁,唐朝在河套地区先后修建了西受降城和天德军等两座军事城镇。两城设立之初,在唐朝的北疆防御体系中占有重要的地位。西受降城建成后不久即因水患而遭废弃并在旧址以东另筑新城,天德军也因在安史之乱中遭到破坏而一度被废弃并移至西受降城。后来设立天德镇专门负责河套西部地区的防务,其辖区几经变化,最后领有天德军、丰州和中、西二受降城。唐代后期两城地位下降,最终于五代初期为辽国占领并被废弃。In response to the threat of northern nomads,Tang built two military towns namely West Surrender City and Tiande Jun in the Loop.At the beginning of the establishment,the two cities occupied an important position in northern defense system of Tang Dynasty.West Surrender City was abandoned soon because of flood and a new town was established to the east of the former site.Tiande Jun was once abandoned because of the destruction in the An-Shi Rebellion and migrated to West Surrender City.Later Tiande Zhen was established to be in charge of the defense of west Loop,and the region governed by Tiande Zhen changed several times,and was finally identified as Tiande Jun,Fengzhou and Middle,West Surrender Cities.The status of the two cities fell in the late Tang Dynasty,and finally the two cities were occupied by Liao and were abandoned in the early Five Dynasties.
