摘  要:[目的]探讨FQ药物联合用药对金黄色葡萄球菌突变选择窗(MSW)的影响。[方法]采用琼脂二倍稀释法测定3种药物对38株临床分离金黄色葡萄球菌株和金黄色葡萄球菌质控菌株ATCC25923的最低抑菌浓度(M IC)以及两种FQ的防突变浓度(MPC),计算FQ单药和联合用药后的MPC50、MPC90、MPC/M IC[选择指数(SI)],并予以统计学分析。[结果]与单药相比,联合用药后左氧氟沙星MPC90/M IC90从16降到8,莫西沙星的MPC90/M IC90从4降到了1。[结论]FQ联合用药能够缩小甚至关闭其单药的MSW,防止抗菌药物耐药的产生。[Objective] To study the effect of fluroquinolone combination on the mutant selection window(MSW) of staphylococcus aureus in vitro.[Methods] MIC for 38 clinical isolates of staphylococcus aureus and quality control(ATCC25923) were determined by the standard two fold agar dilution methods.MPC of fluoroquinolones against strains were determined by agar dilution methods.The values of MPC50,MPC90 and MPC/MIC were calculated.SPSS statistics software was used to analyze the data.[Results] After combined with cephazoline,MPC90/MIC90 of levofloxacin was down from 16 to 8,that of moxifloxacin was also down from 4 to 1.[Conclusions] Combined with cephazoline,fluoroquinolone could narrow or even close the MSW which fluoroquinolone only produces,reduce the selective enrichment of resistant mutants,and prevent development of drug resistant.
