摘　　要：目的探讨人体细胞内的载脂蛋白B mRNA编辑酶催化多肽样蛋白3G(apolipoprotein B mRNA editing enzyme-catalytic polypeptide-like 3G,APOBEC3G)与HIV疾病进展的关系及其与CD4 T淋巴细胞计数之间的关系。方法用实时荧光相对定量RT-PCR的方法检测黑龙江省17例HIV-1感染者及7例健康人外周血单核细胞(PBMC)中APOBEC3G mRNA水平,同时检测黑龙江省17例HIV-1感染者及7例健康人CD4 T淋巴细胞计数。结果与未感染HIV组相比,HIV感染组APOBEC3G mRNA水平略降低,两组无显著性差异(P>0.05),3组APOBEC3G mRNA水平为:HIV未感染组>无症状感染组>AIDS患者组,但各组总体均数差异不显著(P>0.05)。HIV/AIDS患者CD4计数与APOBEC3G mRNA水平正相关(r=0.523,P=0.038)。结论 APOBEC3G在HIV-1疾病进展中可能发挥一定的作用。Objective To examine the relationship between APOBEC3G mRNA level in peripheral blood mono nuclear cell（PBMC） and HIV disease progression in humans and also to examine the relationship between APOBEC3G mRNA level in PBMC and CD4 cell counts.Methods Real-time fluorescence relative quantitative RT-PCR was used to quantify APOBEC3G mRNA levels in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from 7 HIV-uninfected and17 HIV-infected subjects.Besides,CD4 cell counts were detected.Results APOBEC3G mRNA levels were lower in HIV-infected subjects,however,statistical test showed no significant discrepancy between the HIV-infected sub-jects and HIV-uninfected subjects（P0.05）.Furthermore,the order of hA3G mRNA levels was HIV-uninfected subjects asymptomatic HIV infected subjectsAIDS（P0.05）.Positive correlation between hA3G mRNA levels and CD4 cell counts was found（r=0.523,P=0.038） in HIV-infected subjects.Conclusion APOBEC3G may be associated with control of HIV disease progression.
