摘  要:目的探讨颈椎前路融合后邻近节段椎间盘退变的原因及其防治办法。方法对实施颈椎前路融合术的126例颈椎间盘突出症患者进行回顾性分析,归纳可能导致颈椎前路融合术后临近椎间盘退变突出的原因。结果随访时间最短10个月,最长10年,平均7.8年。37例颈椎间盘突出症患者发生临近节段椎间盘退变加重,其中7例患者再次手术。结论颈椎前路融合后邻近节段椎间盘退变的原因可能为临近节段原有退变加重,椎间融合后生物力学改变,临近节段应力集中。Objective To investigate the causes of the adjacent intervertebral disc degeneration after anterior decompression and interbody fusion of C-spine and search for the way of prevention.Methods A retrospective study was given to 126 patients who underwent an anterior decompression and interbody fusion of C-spine,the causes of the adjacent intervertebral disc degeneration after anterior decompression and interbody fusion of C-spine were analyzed.Results The follow-up time was from 10 months to 10 years,average 7.8 years.Thirty-seven patients occurred the aggravation of adjacent intervertebral discs degeneration,in which 7 patients underwent reoperation.Conclusion The possible causes of the adjacent intervertebral disc degeneration after anterior decompression and interbody fusion of C-spine is that the aggravation of original degeneration of adjacent intervertebral disc,the alteration of biomechanics after anterior decompression and interbody fusion of C-spine induces the stress concentration of the adjacent intervertebral disc.
