摘　　要：目的:评价Graves病相关眼病(Graves’opthalmopathy,GO)患者血清白细胞介素-16(IL-16)水平与GO活动性的关系。方法:收集70例活动性GO患者、47例非活动性GO患者、70例性别年龄匹配的正常对照者,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法测定其中血清IL-16水平。结果:活动性的GO患者血清IL-16水平显著高于非活动性GO患者以及正常人(P<0.05)。活动性GO患者的CAS评分越高,IL-16的水平也越高,但差异无统计学意义。结论:血清IL-16水平可以作为评价GO活动性的指标。Objective： To evaluate serum IL-16 levels in Graves＇opthalmopathy（GO）,and the relationship between IL-16 levels and the activity of GO.Methods： Serum IL-16 levels were measured by ELISA in 70 euthyroid patients with active Graves＇opthalmopathy,70 healthy controls matched for sex,and age,and 47 euthyroid patients with inactive opthalmopathy.Results： Serum IL-16 levels were significantly higher in active GO patients than that in healthy controls and inactive GO patients.Serum IL-16 levels were increased but insig-nificantly in GO patients with higher score of the clinical activity score.Conclusion： The serum levels of IL-16 are elevated in active GO patients,and may be a hallmark of the disease.
