摘　　要：To the Editor： I read with great interest the recent article on the ENLEAT trial.1 However, I was greatly puzzled by the definition of the trial acronym ENLEAT. The definition given in the title of the article, namely, ＂No-reflow protection and long-term efficacy for acute myocardial infarction with Tongxinluo： a randomized double-blinded placebo-controlled multicenter clinical trial （ENLEAT trial）＂ did not correspond with the acronym, no matter how hard I tried to pick out the various alphabets to match the acronym.2 Finally, I wrote to Dr. Zhang, the senior author of the article, for an explanation of the acronym.To the Editor： I read with great interest the recent article on the ENLEAT trial.1 However, I was greatly puzzled by the definition of the trial acronym ENLEAT.
