诊断剂量的超声波辐照后人胚绒毛的亚微结构改变

摘　　要：诊断剂量超声波辐照人6～9周胚胎,24h后取胎盘绒毛组织在透射电镜下观察,发现合体滋养层和细胞滋养层细胞膜、线粒体及粗面内质网有明显亚微结构改变,主要是细胞膜损伤中断;微绒毛膨大变形;粗面內质网扩张;线粒体肿胀,嵴减少并呈小泡状或不规则膨大。Chorionic villi of 6-9 week normal pregnant women were obtained twenty-four hours after exposure to diagnostic ultrasound and observed under transmission electron microscope. Trophoblastic syncytium and trophoblastic cell showed remarkable ultrastructural changes which included:① cellular membrane lost its integrity, ② cytoplasm escaped into the interstitial arca, ③ endoplasmic reticulum dilated and ④ mitochondria swelled, cirstane reduced with small vesticle and irregular morphology.
