摘 要:为了加强北京地区地震活动性的监视预报 ,1998年 1~ 2月开展了北京测网与临时台相互配合的地磁加强观测。根据压磁理论与地震感应磁效应 ,应用同步差值、图像演化、快谱幅比等多种方法 ,分析处理了大量地磁资料 ,研究了地磁时空变化 ,探讨了可能存在的震磁前兆信息。结果表明 ,在此期间北京地区地磁变化正常 ,没有震磁前兆的异常信息。由此作出在此期间内北京地区不会发生M≥ 5 0级地震的预测意见。实际震情与此相符 ,对社会安定起到了积极作用。In order to strengthen monitoring and predicting earthquake activity in Beijing area, geomagnetic strengthening observations coordinated by Beijing network and temporal stations were carried out during January to February in 1998.According to piezomagnetic theory and seismo induced magnetic effect, using various methods of synchronous differential values, pattern evolution and FFT amplitude ratio etc.,a large amount of geomagnetic data were analyzed, geomagnetic spatial and time variation were studied, and seismomagnetic precursory information that possibly existed were investigated.The results show that the geomagnetic variation were normal in Beijing area during this period, there was not any anomalous information of seismomagnetic precursor. Therefore the prediction was presented that no earthquake of M ≥5 0 would occur in Beijing area during this periad.The actual situation of the seismic activity in the area was compliant with this prediction. This had played an active role in public safety in Beijing area.
