摘　　要：探讨了建立县域(区域)地方坐标系的必要性,以会泽县为例,详细介绍了三等GPS控制网的建立方法,最后通过对该控制网成果精度的分析,得出该网精度均满足规范和设计要求的结论,表明了该方法的合理可行。The authors discuss the essentiality of establishment local coordinate system, and introduce in detail the method of the third class GPS framework, taking Huize County for an example. Last, the authors analyze the precision of the GPS framework ; get the conclusion that the network can satisfy the requirement of the norm and design. It is indicated that the method is rational and reliable.
