摘　　要：通过调查四川农业大学农科本科人才就业情况和四川省农业系统用人单位人才需求及新兴岗位预测,综合分析了社会需求、毕业生就业与学校人才培养情况,认为四川农业发展是农科本科毕业生就业的根本保证,优化学生知识结构和提高人才培养质量是促进学生就业的关键,从政府管理、学校课程体系、教学建设与改革、实践教学和毕业生就业工作方面提出了促进毕业生就业和服务"三农"的建议,对农科本科教育更好地为农业现代化建设提供人才保障和农科本科教育科学发展有重要参考价值。By investigating the undergraduate employment of Sichuan agricultural university and social demands from employers in Sichuan province,along with prediction of new types of employment,this paper comprehensively analyzes the social demands,the graduate employment and personnel training program in the university,and emphasizes that the development of Sichuan agriculture is the fundamental guarantee for employment of undergraduates;that optimization of students＇ knowledge structure and improvement of teaching quality are the key to promoting undergraduate employment.From the aspects of government management,the curriculum system,teaching reform and construction,teaching practice and undergraduate employment,this paper proposes some suggestions of promoting employment of undergraduates so as to ensure that they offer service to ＂the agriculture,the country and the farmers＂,which is of referential value to better guaranteeing talents for agricultural modernization and the scientific development of agricultural undergraduate education.
