医院药品盘点中常见账物不符的原因及对策

摘　　要：目的探讨在医院管理信息系统环境下,提高药品盘点的账物相符率。方法收集药品盘点中发现的问题,分析账物不符的原因,提出改进措施。结果造成账物不符的主要原因是录账不及时、记账出错、发药差错和系统设计不完善。规范药品发药程序和记账作业要求,账物相符率达到96%以上。结论药品的账物相符率不是盘点出来的,而是管理出来的。Objective To discuss the methods to improve accounts and matter consentaneous rates in drug checking works under the hospital management information system.Methods The problems discovered in drug checking works were collected,the causes of bringing about accounts and matter unconsentaneous were analyzed,and the improvement measures were put forward.Results The prime causes of accounts and matter unconsentaneous were untimely entering accounts,accounting mistakes,drug dispensing mistakes,and imperfect system design.By standardizing drug dispensing processes and account operation requires,accounts and matter consentaneous rates reached above 96%.Conclusions The way of improving drug accounts and matter consentaneous rates was not check but management.
