摘　　要：目的:分析蛋白酶3-抗中性粒细胞抗体(proteimase 3-antineutrocyte antibody,PR3-ANCA)相关性血管炎患者外周血IL-32的表达,初步探讨IL-32在PR3-ANCA相关性血管炎的发病中的作用。方法:运用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测PR3-ANCA相关性血管炎患者血清和外周血单个核细胞培养上清液中的IL-32。结果:与正常对照组比较,PR3-ANCA相关性血管炎患者血清和外周血单个核细胞中IL-32明显升高(P<0.05)。结论:PR3-ANCA相关性血管炎的发生与发展可能与IL-32表达水平密切相关。Objective To analyze the expressions of IL-32 and preliminary explore the role of IL-32 in the pathogenesis of PR3-ANCA associated Vasculitis.Methods The level of IL-32 in serum and supernatants of cultured PBMCs were detected by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results Compared with controls,the levels of IL-32 in serum and supernatants of cultured PBMCs were obviously higher.Conclusion The development of PR3-ANCA associated Vasculitis might be related closely with the expression of IL-32.
