着色原料对铬锡紫红色料色度指标的影响

摘　　要：本文采取正交实验方法 ,试验了着色原料以不同形式组合和不同量的引入对铬锡红色料呈色的影响 ,分析和讨论了它们对铬锡红色料色度指标的影响。结果表明 ,着色原料以氯化铬 7～ 8%和硼酸铅 3～ 4%为组合引入效果良好 ;采取一定组合形式引入的着色原料 ,对色料的色度指标影响存在一定规律。The kinds and quantity of the coloring materials have been tested by the cross experiment design,which is influential to the color of the Cr-Ca-Sn-Si pigments.The relations between them are discussed.It is showen that the best coloring materials composed of 7～8wt% CrCl 3·6H 2O and 3～4wt% Pb(BO 2) 2·H 2O.It is pointed there is a regularity between the coloring materials and the Chromaticity index of the pigment.
