摘　　要：采用MapxInfo公司的MapX作为地图组件,将GPS全球卫星定位技术用于车辆定位,GPRS全球移动通信系统用于与监控中心通信,通过在VisualC++软件开发环境下嵌入地理信息系统组件,实现对港口流动机械的实时跟踪、历史记录回放和实时机械调度。Taking the MapX made by MapxInfo Company as the map component, the GPS, Global Position System, technology for vehicle＇s positioning, and the GPRS global mobile communication system as the communication interacting with the monitoring center, the real time track, history recording redisplay and real time machinery dispatch for the port mobile machinery can be realized through the Geographic Information System （GIS） component inserted in the Visual C＋＋ software.
