摘　　要：介绍了天津分公司1200kt/a加氢裂化装置2008年大修腐蚀检查的情况,指出装置面临的腐蚀问题主要有反应流出物换热系统的NH_4HS和NH_4Cl垢下腐蚀、分馏系统塔底高温硫腐蚀以及冷却水腐蚀。针对装置的腐蚀状况,并结合装置下周期加工原料的变化情况和国内外同类装置运行经验,系统分析了装置腐蚀原因,探讨了防腐措施,提出了装置下周期安全运行的建议。The article introduces the corrosion problems found in the corrosion inspection during the overhaul of a 1200 kt/a hydrocracking plant in SINOPEC Tianjin Company and points out that the major corrosion risks of the plant are the NH4HS/NH4C1 under—deposit corrosion of the reactor effluent exchanger system, high temperature sulfidic corrosion of the fractionating tower and cooling water corrosion.According to the corrosion status of the plant,the material changes of the plant for the next cycle and the operation experience of similar plants at home and abroad,the article analyzes the corrosion causes of the plant,probes into the anticorrosion countermeasures and puts forward some suggestions for the safe operation of the plant for the next cycle.
