摘  要:研究了凝固浴温度、存放温度和时间对未脱溶剂聚乙烯醇冻胶初生丝拉伸(前拉伸)的最大拉伸倍数(Dm )的影响,表明在较低的凝固浴温度和存放温度下有较高的Dm 平衡值,同时研究了冻胶丝前拉伸对纤维有关结构性能的影响,结果表明:前拉伸的DSC 行为与去溶剂后的热拉伸有相似之处;选择合适的前拉伸时,仍可有较高的后拉伸倍数和总拉伸倍数,纤维可获得较高的强度和模量。The effect of coagulating temperature,laying up temperature and time on the maximum draw ratio (Dm) of PVA as spun fiber with solvent and the effect of the pre drawing ratio on DSC behavior,total drawing ratio and fiber properties were studied.The results indicate that under lower coagulating and laying up temperature,the balance values of Dm are higher.It also shows that with the increase of pre drawing ratios,melting temperature and the total drawing ratios increase. To obtain high strength PVA fiber by using pre drawing,selecting proper drawing ratio is important.
