摘  要:济阳坳陷北部沾车凹陷的沙3段、沙4段及中生界地层岩石强度高,研磨性强,可钻性差,严重制约着该地区深井、中深井钻井速度的提高。为此,对该地区26口井的地质资料、钻头使用资料和测井资料进行了分析和处理,得到了地层的强度、可钻性和研磨性等参数的定量数据,据此设计和优选了适用于不同地层特性的PDC钻头,并介绍了其主要特性。优选的PDC钻头进行了现场试验,其中1只Ф215.9 mm MSX516 M钻头在7口井进行了试验应用,累计进尺2 687.00 m,总纯钻时641.00 h,平均机械钻速4.19 m/h;1只Ф215.9 mm RSR516S钻头在3口井进行了试验应用,累计进尺1 970.00 m,总纯钻时729.50 h,平均机械钻速2.70 m/h;1只Ф215.9 mmMSX813 M型钻头在3口井进行了试验应用,累计进尺373.46 m,总纯钻时262.70 h,平均机械钻速1.42 m/h。几只设计优选的钻头与邻井所用其他钻头进行了使用情况对比,结果表明,不论是平均机械钻速还是单只进尺都有了大幅度提高。Drilling rate in deep and mid deep wells is mainly restrained by high rock hardness, strong abrasiveness and poor drillability in Sha 3 and Sha 4 section and Mesozoic formation of Zhanehe concave of north Jiyang depression formation. Therefore,Shengli Oilfield collected and analyzed the related geological data,bit usage,and well logging data of 26 wells in this area. The quantitative data for formation hardness, drillability, abrasiveness and other properties were obtained. Based on these, a PDC bit were designed and optimized for different formations and PDC bit characteristics were introduced. The optimized PDC bits were tested in field. One Ф215.9 mm MSX516M PDC bit was used in 7 wells with total footage of 2 687 m, actual bit time of 641 h and average ROP of 4. 19 m/h. One Ф215.9 mm RSR516S PDC bit was used in 3 wells with total footage of 1 970m,actual bit time of 729. 5 h and average ROP of 2.7 m/h. One Ф215. 9 mm MSX813M PDC bit was used in 3 wells,with total footage of 373.46 m,actual bit time of 262.7 h and average ROP of 1.42 m/h. The field data show that these PDC bits have better ROP and better single bit footage over old ones.
