摘  要:综合分析了国外复合连续管技术现状,并根据连续管钻井工况要求,设计了一种由内衬层、结构层和外保护层组成的三层结构复合材料连续管:内衬层采用改性聚偏氟乙烯或聚氨酯连续拉挤成型,耐腐蚀,耐磨损,防渗漏;结构层采用高强玻璃纤维为增强体,改性酚醛或聚醚酮为粘结树脂,通过连续编织拉挤成型,能承受管体轴向拉力及压力、内压和扭矩;外保护层采用改性聚四氟乙烯微粒或聚酰胺微粒增强聚氨酯注射成型,耐磨损,耐腐蚀。采用ANSYS有限元软件对结构层进行了强度分析,结果表明,采用高强度玻璃纤维和改性树脂通过连续编织拉挤成型工艺制备复合材料连续管结构层是可行的。Coiled tubing is the key in coiled tubing drilling. Composite coiled tubing (CCT) with high strength,good flexibility and excellent corrosion resistance has been developed abroad, and realized the built-in power and signal line, which improves the accuracy of measurement and controlling. It is the main development di- rection for coiled tubing. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of CCT and tubing drilling conditions, a three-layer structure (inner,structural and outside protective layer), CCT was designed. The inner layer made by modified PVDF or polyurethane through pulling and squeezing process has corrosion resistance, wear resistance and antileakage. Structure layer with high strength glass fiber as strengthening body, with modified phenolic or polyether ketone as adhesive resin by knitting, pulling and squeezing process, can bear tensile load, compression, burst pressure and torque. Outside protective layer with modified teflon particles or polyamide particles to enhance polyurethane is corrosion and wear resistant. The strength of structural layer was analyzed using ANSYS,a finite element software. The results showed that CCT structure layer is feasible by using high strength glass fiber and modified resin through continuous knitting pulling as well as squeezing process.
