摘　　要：冷水机组在运行过程中由于水质较差和管理不善等原因必然在冷凝器冷却水侧产生污垢,其引起机组压缩机功耗增加,带来经济损失。以可编程逻辑控制器PLC为控制核心代替传统的继电器控制电路,以触摸屏(人机界面)为控制面板,基于PLC的逻辑计算功能,开发了冷凝器胶球自动在线清洗装置。该装置根据不同的水质条件和机组运行要求,可灵活控制清洗过程,在线显示污垢热阻,并进行经济性分析,实现自动化控制,达到节能目的。Fouling is inevitably formed during the running of chilling unit because of poor water quality and some other factors.It will increase the power consumption of the compressor and lead to economic loss.The condenser rubber-ball automatic on-line cleaning system is based on the logical calculation functions of PLC and uses model MT500 touching-screen(man-machine interaction) as its control panel.This equipment can expediently control the cleaning process according to water quality and the demands of units running.Thus,it can realize the automatic control of the cleaning process and attain the objective of energy conservation.
