熔融法纺氨纶的研究

摘　　要：对氨纶树脂的合成进行了研究，通过对配方和工艺条件考察，筛选出符合熔融法纺氨纶的树脂，并在国产ＶＣ４０６ 纺丝机上试纺，结果表明该树脂采用熔融法纺丝完全可行，其各项性能可以与干法氨纶相媲美．On the basis of investigation of ingredient and technical condition,the spandex resin conformable to spine by melt extrusion was synthesized.The trial run on VC 406A spining machine has shown that spining of spandex by melt extrusion is completely feasible.The various performances of spandex by melt spining are similar to those by means of dry process.
