摘  要:结晶器水模实验能够直观地体现结晶器内钢液流动现象,也能够显示夹杂物的运动行为。在夹杂物的水模实验中,重力是非常重要的。本文讨论了模拟结晶器内钢液流场时Froude准数的重要性和有效性,模拟夹杂物颗粒的尺寸,润湿性的选择方法,模型中颗粒凝聚聚集的相似性,也提出了模型中颗粒满足碰撞凝聚相似时决定加入数量的准则。Water modeling of mold offered useful insight into the underlying flow phenomena occurring in the mold.This simulation made it possible to describe each behavior in details.For simulation of inclusion flotation in water models,gravitational force became important.The paper discussed the importance and validity of the Froude similarity criterion while simulating the steel flow filed in the mold.The choice of the inclusion size and wettability needed for proper simulation in molten steel was discussed.The simulation of inclusion agglomeration and coalescence was also suggested.A criterion for quantitative determination of inclusion collision and agglomeration in the water model was also outlined.
