关于公共政策稳定性的若干思考

摘　　要：公共政策稳定是维护社会公正的基础、保持政治稳定的关键、促进经济持续有效发展的条件、提高政策结构体系科学性的途径、巩固党的执政地位的保障。为了保持公共政策稳定,就要严格政策制定与实施的各个环节,提升政府的执行力度,优化政策执行者水平,加强政府与群众沟通,充分发挥民众能动的作用,从而运用公共政策稳定来塑造良好的政策秩序,构建和谐、有序的发展环境,促进我国经济发展。Public policy is the foundation to safeguard social justice, the key to maintain the political stability, the premise to promote sustainable economic development, the way to improve scientific system of policy structure and the guarantee to consolidate the Party＇s ruling status. In order to maintain the stability of public policy, we should lay down and carry out policy strictly, improve goverument＇s enforcement, optimize the quality of the operators of the policy, strengthen the communication between the government and the masses and give full play to people, Thus, stability of public policy would be used to build policy order, create harmonious and orderly environment for development and to promote economic development of our country.
