摘　　要：生产性实训是高职院校工学结合培养高技能人才的重要途径。介绍了台州职业技术学院数控技术专业以学生职业能力培养为主线,引企入校共建校内生产性实训基地的情况,就高职校内生产性实训基地的内涵、运行机制、管理模式、建设成效等进行讨论,为同类学校实训基地建设提供参考。Productive practice training,which is carried out by higher vocational colleges with the work-integrated learning,is an important way to train high-skilled talents.This paper introduces the situation about cooperation between colleges and enterprises to construct productive practice training base inside schools,which exemplifies NC technology specialty of Taizhou Vocational and Technology College training student vocational ability as a main line.The paper discusses the connotation,operation mechanism,management mode,effectiveness,and so on with cooperatively constructing productive practice training base inside schools.It can provide the reference for similar colleges in constructing training base.
