摘 要:采用比较廉价的苯酚和浓硫酸作为原料合成4,4'-二羟基二苯砜。实验中使用苯作为除水剂使反应的产率提高到86%以上,并利用FTIR、XRD对产品性能进行了分析和表征。同时探讨了反应物配比和温度对产品产率的影响,得到最优实验条件为:反应温度160℃,反应物浓硫酸和苯酚配比为0.6∶1。4,4'-dihydroxy-diphenyl sulfone was synthesized by low-cost phenol and sulfuric acid as raw materials,using benzene as water-moving agent and the total yield of 4,4'-dihydroxy-diphenyl sulfone was 86 %.FTIR and XRD were used to characterize properties of the product.Meanwhile,the influences of reactant molar ratio and reaction temperature were also discussed,and the optimum processing conditions to prepare 4,4'-dihydroxy-diphenyl sulfone were as follows: the reaction temperature was 160 ℃ and the molar ratio of sulfuric acid to phenol was 0.6∶1.
