摘 要:采用水合法制备非临氢降凝催化剂FC—DB,以抚顺石化公司石油二厂直馏柴油为原料评价其使用性能,考察反应温度与空速对柴油收率及凝点的影响,采用多元二次回归方程确定柴油收率及凝点与操作条件的关系,用优化的方法确定出适宜的操作条件。结果表明,在反应温度310℃,空速1.0 h-1的条件下,柴油收率为94.61%,凝点从22℃下降到-20℃,下降幅度为42℃。对该操作条件下得到的油品进行性质分析,结果表明,直馏柴油经非临氢降凝后满足产品质量要求。The catalytic performance of self- developed non- hydrogen- dewaxing catalyst (FC- DB) was evaluated, and straight-run diesel oil from refinery No. 2 of Fushun petrochemical company was used as feed stock. The influence of reaction temperature and space velocity on the yield and pouring point of diesel oil was investigated. The relationships between yield, pouring point and operation conditions were determined by polynary quadratic regression, and the optimum operation conditions were determined by optimum programming. Under the following conditions, i.e. the reaction temperature is 310℃ and space velocity is 1.0 h^-1 , the yield and pouring point of diesel oil respectively are 94.61% and -20 ℃ ,approximately dropping 42 ℃. The quality of liquid product obtained under above optimum operation conditions was analyzed, meeting the specifications of diesel oil.
