摘 要:目的通过观察聚焦超声辐照兔左侧足三里穴后其双耳疼痛耐受阈、精神状态和穴区组织学变化,探讨聚焦超声辐照足三里穴镇痛的有效性和安全性。方法 30只健康新西兰兔随机分为A、B两组,每组15只。A组兔左侧足三里穴区给予2W聚焦超声辐照5 min处理,B组(无输出假照组)兔相同部位行无输出假照5 min处理。两组兔处理前测双耳外侧近耳缘静脉处固定点痛耐受阈值,处理后1min、2 min分别测右、左耳痛耐受阈值,并观察两组兔处理前后精神状态变化情况。于双侧足三里穴区取皮肤、肌肉组织进行HE染色并观察。结果 A组辐照后双耳痛耐受阈较辐照前均有极显著提高(P<0.01),B组假照前后双耳痛耐受阈无显著性差异(P>0.05);辐照后A组双耳痛耐受阈均显著高于B组(P<0.01)。辐照后A组精神不振,B组无精神不振现象。双侧足三里穴区皮肤、肌肉组织结构均正常。结论聚焦超声辐照兔左侧足三里穴可提高双耳疼痛耐受阈,提示聚焦超声辐照穴位有镇痛效果且安全。Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of focused ultrasound for analgesia by observing the change of pain tolerance thresholds of bilateral ears, mental state,and histology of each rabbit after a single irradiation by focused ultrasound in "Zusanli" (ST36). Methods Thirty healthy Zelanian rabbits irrespective of gender were selected and randomized into 2 groups (n=15). Treatment of group A: the left "Zusanli" (ST36) of each rabbit was irradiated for 5 minutes by focused ultrasound with the power of 2 watts. Treatment of group B: the left "Zusanli" (ST36) of each rabbit was conciliative irradiated for 5 minutes without output of focused ultrasound. Pain tolerance threshold of a fixed point near ear the edge venous of each rabbit was measured before treatment. Pain tolerance threshold of right ear of each rabbit was measured after 1 minute of treatment, and the left's of each rabbit was meas ured after 2 minutes of treatment. Tissues of skins and muscles of bilateral "Zusanli" (ST36) were taken, biopsy was performed with HE dyeing. Results Pain tolerance thresholds of rabbits of group A was enhanced obviously after irradiating (P〈0.01), while group B's was not changed observably (P〉0.05). Pain tolerance thresholds of group A were significantly different with those of group B (P〈0.01) after treatment. Rabbits of group A were in low spirits after irradiating, while group B's were not. Tissues of skins and muscles of bilateral "Zusanli" (ST36) were normal in both groups. Conclusions Pain tolerance thresholds of two ears of rabbits are significantly enhanced after irradiating left "Zusanli" (ST36) within a short time by focused ultrasound. It prompts that focused ultrasound has an analgesic effect , and is safe.
