摘　　要：带状疱疹后遗神经痛（PHN）是带状疱疹常见并发症，是一种顽固的慢性疼痛综合征，其发病机理目前尚不十分明确，各种治疗方法均未能完全缓解患者的疼痛症状。本文综述了药物治疗PHN的现状，包括三环类抗抑郁药、抗惊厥药、阿片类制剂和局部疗法。带状疱疹疫苗将会是预防PHN的有效措施。Postherpetic neuralgia （PHN） is a devastating, chronic pain syndrome that can develop following an outbreak of herpes zoster. Because its pathogenesy is not clear, therefore all kinds of the treatments can not relieve the symptom of pain. This article reviewed the current phar-macotherapy available for the treatment of PHN, including tricyclic antidepressants, anticonvulsants and topical therapies. Prevention of PHN with prophylactic vaccination by the zoster virus vaccine will be effective.
