摘　　要：本文分析了重钢长寿新区LF精炼炉精炼渣融化速度慢、白渣成渣时间长的原因，通过研究转炉终点氧含量与预脱氧、顶渣改质制度，优化LF精炼造渣工艺，缩短了LF升温时间及LF处理周期，保证LF精炼处理效果。The reasons why the refining slag was melting slowly and the white slag was forming slowly, were discussed in the paper. Some measures were adopted to improve the ability of LF furnace, such as research of oxygen content of conventer, pre-deoxidation, optimizing quality of top slag, reduction of heating time and treating period of LF furnace.
