摘　　要：介绍了重钢炼钢厂采用转炉-RH精炼一板坯连铸生产低碳低硅钢SPHC的工艺实践。通过控制转炉终点碳，采用RH真空脱氧、强化连铸保护浇注等措施，解决了低碳低硅钢的钢水可浇注性与脱氧合金化之间的矛盾，试制生产SPHCI万多t，性能完全满足用户要求。This paper introduced the production practice of SPHC, which were manufactured by the converter-RH refining-slab casting process. Some measures were adopted to resolve the conflicts between pourability, deoxidization and alloying of SPHC. SPHC had been produced 10,000 tons in trial-manufacture, its properties can satisfy the needs of the customers.
