摘　　要：在实地考察基础上 ,分析了以武川试区为代表的半干旱偏旱区农业资源的基本条件和特点 ,评价了 1 0多年来该区在农业资源高效利用与节约方面的技术创新与推广情况 ,提出了适应该区环境保护和有利于社会经济可持续发展的生态农业技术综合体系方案 ,为同类旱区提高资源利用效率和农牧民致富奔小康提供指导依据。On the basis of the local investigation, the paper analysed the basic conditions and their characters of agricultural resources in severe drought area of semi-arid class as Wuchuan County of Inner-Mogolia representative The technical innovation and extensive situation of agricultural resource high efficient uses in the area for more than ten years is evaluated and the comprehensive technical scheme that suited for the area environmental protection and social economic sustainable development is put out These provide the guide basis on increasing resource use rate and riching local population for the same class regions
