摘 要:利用12种植物材料,应用分光光度法对分别以丙酮和乙醇作为提取剂,并同时各采用研磨与浸泡两种方法的叶绿素含量测定值进行比较研究.结果显示,4种方法测定的植物叶片叶绿素含量均具有一定的相关性,其中,乙醇浸泡法与乙醇研磨法的相关程度最高.且用乙醇作为提取剂测定植物叶片叶绿素含量比较稳定,尤其用乙醇浸泡法测定的人为误差相对较小.The different extraction techniques of the chlorophyll content of plant leaf were comparatively studied using spectrophotometer means based on 12 kinds of plants.The extraction reagents for these materials were ethanol and acetone respectively,and there were rubbing and marinating manners for each of extraction reagents.The results indicated that the correlations between four different techniques were significant,furthermore,the relationship between ethanol marinating and ethanol rubbing shown high significance.Among all the techniques,the ethanol as reagent for the chlorophyll was the best,especially,the measuring error lied in ethanol marinating was the least.
