摘  要:目的:建立失血性休克大鼠模型及探讨失血性休克大鼠肠系膜上动脉(SMA)节律基因表达的变化。方法:建立失血性休克大鼠模型并随机分为失血性休克组和空白对照组,通过RT-PCR检测模型肠系膜上动脉节律基因per1、per2 mRNA的表达水平。结果:休克组与对照组相比,前者肠系膜上动脉节律基因per1、per2的mRNA表达降低(p<0.05)。结论:失血性休克模型肠系膜上动脉节律基因per1、per2表达水平下调,提示失血性休克可以影响节律基因的表达。Objective: To establish the rat model of hemorrhagic shock and to explore the changes of per1 and per2 gene expressions in superior mesenteric artery of rats after hemorrhagic shock.Methods: The rat model of hemorrhagic shock is established.The hemorrhagic shock group and control group were set.The per1 and per2 mRNA expression of SMA were measured by RT-PCR.Results: The level of per1 and per2 mRNA in shock group is lower than in the control group(p0.05),Conclusion: The per1 and per2 gene expressions in SMA of rats after hemorrhagic shock is decreased,which indicates hemorrhagic shock may affect the expression of circadian genes.
