摘  要:目的:研究尼莫地平注射液对线栓法致大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型脑组织形态学及尼氏小体的影响。方法:应用经典的线栓法阻塞大鼠大脑中动脉(MCAO),2 h后适当抽出线栓进行再灌注。脑缺血后第0、244、7 h时,经静脉给予尼莫地平注射液(1.0 mg.kg-1.d-1),并观察动物的神经行为学、脑梗死比率(TTC染色法)、脑组织形态学和尼氏小体数量。结果:尼莫地平注射液能够明显改善MCAO模型大鼠脑缺血24~48 h时的神经功能缺失体征,可使模型动物的脑梗死比率由18.32%降低至9.29%,能改善脑组织形态学病变和增加海马区神经元胞浆内的尼氏小体数目。结论:尼莫地平注射液对脑缺血急性期严重的脑组织形态学病变有改善作用,对神经细胞有保护作用,进而对脑梗死后的神经功能康复有促进作用。Objective: To study the effects of nimotop vial on rat focal cerebric ischemia-reperfusion injury model in the sections of craniocerebral tissue morphology and Nissl's body.Method: The classical cerebric ischemia-reperfusion injury model of MCAO was employed,and nimotop vial was injected intravenous(1.0 mg·kg-1 d-1) at the time points of 0,24 and 47 h after being cerebral ischemia,and the changes of model animals were observed in praxiology,cerebral infraction ratio(by TTC staining),craniocerebral tissue morphology and the number of Nissl's body.Results: Nimotop vial improve the nervous function symptoms of MCAO rats of being cerebral ischemia in 24 to 48 h,reduce the cerebral infraction ratio from 18.32% to 9.29%,improve the craniocerebral tissue morphology and increase the number of Nissl's body in the cytoplasma of hippocampus neuron.Conclusion: Nimotop vial can improve the serious pathological changes of cerebral ischemia in acute stage,protect nerve cells,and improve the convalescence of nervous function after cerebral infraction.
