摘　　要：研究指出体育教师在体育课程资源开发的过程中起主导作用,对开发和利用其它体育课程资源有重要的影响。提高体育教师这一要素的水平是解决我国课程资源开发和利用过程中遇到问题的根本方法,最后阐述了提高体育教师开发体育课程资源能力的途径。The research points out that physical education teacher have the leading effect in developing physical education course resource as well as other physical education course resource. Improving physical education teach- er＇ s level is the basic way to deal with problem in developing and utilizing physical education course resource. At last, the way to improve physical education teacher＇s ability in developing and utilizing physical education course resource is discussed.
